Are the pieces from the L&F Collection only available for pre-order?

Yes. All pieces are exclusively available for pre-order and will be released as a limited-edition collection.

Where can I purchase the L&F Collection?

The collection is available only on www.kulnofficial.com.

  • Vanguards: December 18, 5:00 PM (password provided on release day)

    • All Vanguards are eligible for these perks, regardless of their subscription date.

  • Limbo subscribers: December 19, 5:00 PM (password provided on release day)

  • Public release: December 20, 5:00 PM, until stocks last

Is there an order limit?

No, there is no order limit per customer, though orders are subject to item availability.

Is the Waffle Shirt available in different sizes?

The Waffle Shirt is available in 2 sizes. Please refer to the size chart shown on the product page. 

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

You’ll receive a confirmation email and order updates using the email provided at checkout.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Credit/Debit Cards (VISA, MasterCard), QR PH, GCash, GrabPay, Maya, BPI, and UnionBank.

My payment was declined. What should I do?

Please double-check your details or contact your bank. You may also try another payment method.

I paid but didn’t receive a confirmation email. Is my order valid?

Please confirm the transaction with your bank. If successful, contact us with proof of payment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we now support international shipping. We can ship orders to destinations outside the Philippines.

How is shipping handled?

Provide complete and accurate shipping details (address, province, zip code, and a valid Philippine phone number) during checkout. Selecting the correct province ensures the proper shipping fee is applied. Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delays or order cancellation.

When will my order be shipped?

Shipping starts 90–120 days after purchase.

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

What is your return and refund policy?

  • Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items immediately to kuln.ofc@gmail.com 

  • Unboxing video and photos are required

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection

What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived 15 days after shipping, email kuln.ofc@gmail.com.

Can I cancel my order?

No. Orders cannot be canceled once payment is completed.

Are you responsible for pasabuys or third-party purchases?

No. We are not liable for any third-party or pasabuy transactions. Any issues should be addressed directly with the person or service who handled the pasabuy.
