Are the pieces from the Mech Tee Collection available as ready stock or pre-order?

The first batch of the Mech Tee Collection is available as ready stock. Once the first batch is sold out, we will open pre-orders for a limited time only.

Where can I purchase the Mech Tee Collection?

The collection will be available exclusively on www.kulnofficial.com.

Are other items available besides the Mech Tee Collection?

Yes. Aside from the Mech Tee Collection, previous items will also be available for purchase on the website. These items will also be shipped 1–2 weeks after purchase.

When does the collection release?

Vanguards: July 14, 8:00 PM
Password will be provided on release day.

All Vanguards are eligible for these perks regardless of subscription date.

Limbo: July 15, 12:00 NN

Password will be provided on release day.

Public Selling: July 15, 6:00 PM

Available until stocks last.

Is there an order limit?

There is no order limit per customer. Orders remain subject to item availability.

Is the Mech Tee available in different sizes?

Yes. The Mech Tee is available in two sizes. Please refer to the size chart on the product page for detailed measurements.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email and order updates using the email address you provided during checkout.

I paid but didn't receive a confirmation email. Is my order valid?

Please confirm the transaction with your bank first. If the payment was successful, contact us with proof of payment so we can verify your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We now support international shipping and can ship orders outside the Philippines.

How is shipping handled?

Please provide complete and accurate shipping details during checkout, including your address, province, ZIP code, and a valid Philippine phone number. Selecting the correct province ensures the proper shipping fee is applied.

Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delays or order cancellation.

When will my order be shipped?

First batch (ready stock) orders will be shipped within 1–2 weeks.

Pre-orders will be shipped within 30–45 days.

Please note that unforeseen delays may occur.

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.

What is your return and refund policy?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it immediately by emailing kuln.ofc@gmail.com.

Requirements:

- Unboxing video and photos (a must)

- Report within 7 days of receiving the item

- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.

What if I don't receive my order?

If your order has not arrived 15 days after shipping, please email kuln.ofc@gmail.com so our team can assist you.

Can I cancel my order?

No. Orders cannot be canceled once payment has been completed.

Are you responsible for pasabuys or third-party purchases?

No. We are not responsible for pasabuy or third-party purchases. Any concerns must be addressed directly with the person or service who handled the transaction.
